Moved to China to kick off manufacturing
Our team flew to China and will be here for three months to kick-off manufacturing with the team at Kaizen Dynamic!
Finalized the design of InvenTABLE & tested it out
February 10th was Chinese New Year and represented a "design freeze" for InvenTABLE. After this, we were able to test the first InvenTABLE version that had all of its near-final components.
Started working with Kaizen Dynamic
We were determined to find a manufacturing partner that...
- has an in-depth understanding of motors
- has manufactured kids products before and therefore understands kids-safety requirements
- deeply understands our vision
After over a month of meeting with various potential partners, we met with Kaizen Dynamic and knew right away that they checked all of the boxes. They are now our official engineering, product development, and supply chain partner.
Started working with Loket Design
We met Bart Ruijpers, industrial designer, through a friend and fellow Kickstarter founder. You can read more about our work with Bart here:

Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would actually pass $1M raised on Kickstarter. We were so blown away by the response from our backers and excited to get started. Here's our team celebrating over dinner in Philly!
